Stereos | Retro Station enabled

Just i quick “Fix” so Retro Stations are now enabled

For whatever reason EA implemented a Requirement for Retro Stations so you have to Upgrade Stereos before you are able to listen to that Station.

I did simply delete this Requirement. So far this was only on “normal” Stereos the issue. If you find a Stereo which still does not show the Retro Station let me know.
